UP TO $15,000 PER RECIPIENT
Annual Surgery Access Fund
Direct financial assistance for transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. Awards are based on financial need, medical necessity, and available funding.

Electrolysis Support Fund
Financial assistance for permanent hair removal services including electrolysis and laser hair removal for transgender individuals who cannot otherwise afford them.

Small grants for gender-affirming health and wellness needs including wigs, prosthetics, fertility preservation, vocal training, and medical tattooing.

Funding Availability
All funding is subject to availability within each fund. We distribute funds based on the total amount available and the number of qualified applicants. We do not guarantee funding to any applicant.
Eligibility Requirements
Each fund has strict eligibility criteria including financial need assessment, medical documentation, and identity verification. A non-refundable $10 administrative fee is required with each application.
Application Process
Applications are reviewed thoroughly. The process includes personal, medical, financial, and employment assessments to determine eligibility and funding priority.
Non-Profit Status
THAF is currently working toward 501(c)(3) non-profit status. Once established, all donations will be tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
