How to Report

If you experience or witness any behavior that makes you feel unsafe, or if you have concerns about confidentiality breaches, privacy violations, harassment, discrimination, or any other safety-related matters, please report it immediately through the channels provided. All reports will be taken seriously, handled confidentially to the extent possible, and investigated promptly by appropriate personnel. THAF strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports safety concerns in good faith, and any such retaliation will result in immediate disciplinary action up to and including termination or removal from the organization.
