How Our Funds Work
We operate four distinct funds to address different healthcare needs. Each fund operates independently with its own eligibility criteria and funding cycles.
Apply to Multiple Funds
You can apply to any funds you qualify for, but only one active application per fund at a time.
Review Process
Applications are reviewed in cycles. We assess financial need, eligibility, and funding availability.
Direct Payment
Approved funds are paid directly to providers. Some funds allow reimbursement with receipts.
Who Qualifies
Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
Applicants must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
U.S. Residency
Must be a current U.S. resident with valid documentation.
Financial Need
Demonstrated inability to afford care through personal funds or insurance.
Transgender Identity
Must identify as transgender, non-binary, or gender non-conforming.
Important Notes About Eligibility

- •Previous recipients may reapply after completing their funded care

Annual Surgery Access Fund
Direct financial assistance for transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. Awards are based on financial need, medical necessity, and available funding.

Comprehensive support for hormone replacement therapy including consultations, lab work, and prescriptions for up to 18 months.
